The Nikko AM Australian Share Fund is designed for investors seeking to invest $2,000 or more, who are looking for an investment manager that uses a distinctive ‘intrinsic value’ investment approach to selecting Australian shares.

The Fund currently achieves its exposure to Australian shares by fully investing in a managed investment scheme, also managed by Nikko AM Limited, that invests directly in assets consistent with the Fund’s investment objective and strategy.

Investment Objective

The Fund aims to outperform the S&P/ASX 200 Accumulation Index by 2% p.a. over rolling five-year periods, before fees, expenses and tax.

The Fund is managed using an intrinsic value style that seeks to identify good value stocks that offer the best compromise between risk and expected return.

The Fund has a 18-year track record in performance and is managed using Nikko AM Australia's Comparative Value Analysis (CVA) approach which has been in operation for over 20 years.

Managed by a large, experienced & stable investment team

The 11-member Australian equities team has an average of 19 years' industry experience and has been working together as a team for an average of 12 years.
