John describes the Nikko AM fixed income team’s credit philosophy and process, explaining the criteria they use to assess securities.

John joined the business in 2008 and is responsible for the Australian credit process and strategy, as well as managing portfolios for the Credit Solutions segment of the Australian fixed income offering. He also has responsibility for credit analysis for the domestic and global universe of credit including corporate issuers, mortgage- and asset-backed securities and structured products.
John has 28 years’ experience in the fixed income market including 11 years with Credit Suisse First Boston and six years with Merrill Lynch.
